safa.co (hereinafter "we") considers the protection of user privacy to be the highest priority for the mobile application "Listen & Speak Nepali" (hereinafter "the App"). This Privacy Policy sets out how information is handled within the App.

The App does not collect any personal information or usage data. Specifically, none of the following are collected, obtained, or transmitted:
- Personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or postal address
- Location data, device identifiers (IDFA / AAID, etc.), IP address
- App usage statistics, operation logs, crash reports
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or any other device data
Account registration and sign-in are not required. The App has no mechanism to identify individual users.
2. Information stored on the device
Information such as learning progress, settings, and playback history is stored only on the user's device. This information is never transmitted to any external server.
When the App is uninstalled, this information is removed from the device.
3. Communications
All audio files and text data used by the App are bundled inside the App itself. An internet connection is not required to use the learning features (everything runs offline).
The App does not perform any automatic communication with servers operated by us.
4. Third-party services
The App does not incorporate any third-party services capable of collecting user data, including advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, and crash-reporting SDKs.
5. Advertising
No advertisements are displayed in the App.
6. Use by children
Because the App does not collect any personal information, it can be used safely regardless of the user's age. No information is collected from any user, including those under the age of 13.
