You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
In the app
Go to Settings → Account → "Delete account". This permanently deletes your account (email / login) and all associated data: learning records, profile, friend data, and approximate country. This cannot be undone.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: account / email, learning progress & history, town profile, friend connections & messages, approximate country.
- Kept: anonymized / aggregated data that is not linked to you.
